I am proud to have finished my first project with yarn that I spun myself! In fact, it was the first yarn, aside from practice in the class, that I spun and plyed. I wanted to do something basic that didn’t require a lot of yardage (I wasn’t quite sure how much I had). So, I took inspiration from the Charlotte Cowl. I had made one from some 13 Mile Yarn when I was on vacation. It is a simple pattern/style, so it seemed like it might do okay with the irregularities in the yarn (some thin and thick spots). The yarn was somewhere between a worsted and a bulky. I am looking forward to using more of my handspun to make projects!
