I just splurged on quite a few patterns from Ravelry. I think I have found some inspiration, which I was looking for last week.
I got my hands on some Brooklyn Tweed Shelter on my trip out to Bainbridge Island to Churchmouse Yarns and Teas last weekend, so I decided to start on this kercheif, which only takes a modest two skeins. Brooklyn Tweed has definitely become my latest wool-crush. It is heavenly to work with!
I also ordered some yarn to start on a sweater. I’m excited to work on a sweater with good yarn. I knit a sweater last summer out of acrylic yarn. It came out well it terms of fit, but it felt heavy, and there’s just such a big contrast in yarn quality now that I’m working with more natural fibers. Here’s what I’m going to start on when the kercheif is done.
